U.S. Navy veteran Pam Wilcox reached out to the VBOC for help in reviewing her business plan for a bridal shop. The VBOC staff guided Pam in revising her financial forecasts to become “lender ready.” She successfully opened Garter & Gown, Inc in Jacksonville. She offers a variety of wedding gowns, formal wear and accessories from well known design houses. She also creates custom bridal gowns under a private label, Nina Michelle Couture.
