HOW TO GET STARTED: Before the VBOC can provide assistance, the Small Business Administration requires all clients to complete the Electronic Request For Counseling (ERFC) form. This ERFC form will act as our Confidentiality and Code of Conduct Agreements. All client information is held in strict confidence. After submitting the ERFC successfully, a Certified Business Analyst from our office will contact you as soon as we are able to conduct an initial assessment and get you started in the process. |
